The warranty period of the whole machine is usually 1 year, and the warranty period of the core components: vacuum pump is 2 years, and compressor is 3 years. The warranty scope covers failures caused by material or process defects. Man-made damage or normal consumables (such as vacuum pump oil and sealing ring) are not covered by the warranty.

Clean the cold trap regularly, check the door sealing ring, the oil level of the vacuum pump and the turbidity of the oil.

Our equipment design is humanized, the control system is intelligent (touch screen, fully automatic operation), and the operation can be mastered after learning. We provide detailed operation manuals and video tutorials for each device, and provide video training during installation.

The delivery cycle of the standard model is about 3-5 days, and the customized model will be extended according to the complexity. We provide professional wooden box packaging and door-to-door logistics services. After the equipment arrives, we will provide detailed installation instruction manual/video, and we can send engineers to install and debug at home (this may cause extra expenses, please confirm the terms of the contract).
